A customer had an old valve manifold system on the back of a truck operating pneumatic ball valves.

They had an old system and needed replacement.

Qty 320 valves used in Stage 1 of 3 for a Herb Farm in South East of Victoria in Australia using Gem A3P Latch solenoid valves to drive hydraulic valves in remote area.

Only the Gemsol with its reliable latch coil and valve configuration with the manual override option was the best option against the opposition of a plastic irrigation valve.

SEE LINK for a closer look

1. Onsite.

Application was for a truck wash system . A cost effective valve was needed for high flow, reliability, zero differential and ease of maintenance due to the isolated area.

Solution was the Baccara Gem Z  ¾” proven reliability and ease of repair solved this problem. The remote truck wash systems can be set up with ease knowing Baccara valves will control the fluid with reliability.

2. Control valve. Application to control large hydraulic valve.

The Gem A was not suitable due to the restriction of flow. Solution was the Gem S valve. Using the 2/2 valve Gem S with increased flow it was decided to use 2 valves normally closed to control the larger hydraulic valve. One would energise first to fill the chamber then close. The other valve would be used to exhaust the chamber when energised.

The Gem S also has the manual override option should power fail the valve could still be functional.
