Prior to serving as General Manager for Baccara, Dana served as Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations for a leading wholesale distributor and was responsible for production planning, supplier management, strategic sourcing, order fulfillment, logistics, and inventory management.
Accumulating a broad base of work history through the years servicing retail, wholesale, and industrial segments in both B2B and B2C relationships provides Dana an agile management perspective on creative problem solving, customer service, and delivering results. Her years of experience have led her to believe that the customer’s experience is the most sustainable differentiator in today’s competitive climate.
